I recently bought a truck from Route one a short time later some small issues developed I called them and they immediately set to sorting the problems out ordered what was required and got it back on the road quickly. They kept me informed of what was happening and got the works done at a time convenient to me they also provided an RAC warranty The service is excellent and I highly recommend them. Bought a Range Rover Evoque from this place, Viewed before purchasing and it looked perfect.. Once purchased there were multiple issues, Broken door locks, Punctured tyres, False promises from the dealer and more, Please be warned when dealing with this company.

Poor Service.

I am sorry to say that my experience has been a bad one. I arranged and paid for an AA inspection. On the day the road test couldn’t be completed as the AA found dangerous defects and the vehicle had insufficient fuel in it for the 10 mile test ! I invited route one to rectify and arrange for the AA test drive to take place with a view to moving the sale forwards but haven’t heard anything since. Very poor customer service.

Bought a van without seeing in person, video walkaround and any marks highlighted that i would have seen in person but not on pictures. 8 year old commercial vehicle that arrived in as new condition. Couple of small dinks on it but so clean and tidy to some others i looked at

Purchased pick up one week ago .. No hassle ,no aggravation Vehicle was exactly as told before over the phone and upon arrival. Easy transaction. No hard sales, left alone to look over vehicle and test drive. Both father and son owners very helpful. They had identified minor fault with vehicle mirrors and had already ordered spare part. Reading some of the reviews on here I wonder if people have reviewed the right place. The quality of stock choice was excellent, so much so that every Pick up on the forecourt had sold. Very busy venue whichever is a good sign. Easy transaction ,V5 document received within a week. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended. 5 stars for sales and vehicle ..4 stars for Venue. If you didn’t know cars and a bit cautious the site might put you off. But don’t let it.
